This is footage from our first guided reflection, led by founder Adeja Elfé - Calder at Strength & Stillness, a men’s wellness event in Los Angeles on September 6, 2026. Participants worked through four prompts — Earth, Water, Fire and Air — in silence, in journals, with no pressure to share.

Our Flagship Program
The Elements Within
A guided reflection experience, currently piloting at community wellness activations across Los Angeles.
Who It Serves
Adults at community and wellness events — our pilot cohort is men attending Strength & Stillness, a men's wellness experience in Los Angeles.
What Happens
A 25–35 minute guided session: four reflection prompts, a private journaling period, and a closing group exercise — no lecture, no performance, just structured stillness.
What It Costs
A few dollars per participant — a journal, a pen, and a keepsake reflection card. Deliberately low-cost by design, so it scales with demand rather than budget.

The Birth of Elfè
Hi, we’re Elfè.
Elfè Foundation was born from a simple belief: meaningful change happens when compassion meets strategy. After watching how opportunity, mentorship, and community can completely alter the course of a life, founder Adeja Elfé - Calder envisioned something that looked past temporary relief and invested in lasting transformation. Drawing from the classical elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Aether — the Foundation meets immediate needs while building the systems that let people thrive independently.
Adeja Elfé - Calder is a writer, creative producer, and philosophical storyteller exploring the intersection of power, psychology, and archetypal identity. Her work centers on sovereignty, emotional intelligence, and the internal architecture of leadership. Blending mysticism with grounded strategy, she creates frameworks that invite readers to move beyond survival and into conscious self-authorship.
Based in Los Angeles, Adeja develops literary and visual projects that examine authority, transformation, and the elemental forces that shape human experience.
